Updated RealPlayer recently and it installed Google Chrome. Even after reaching level 41, the icons were still greyed-out. Dragon Nest runs on my son's laptop but his updates automatically. I manually updated Dragon Nest from the web page. I don't know a great deal about computers but it sounds, since the file IS in there and the launcher doesn't find it, there is a missing pointer or the pointer goes to the wrong place. I got to that file by opening /C: going to "Programs", then the "Steam" folder, next I opened "SteamApps", then "common" where the "dragonnest" folder is located.
